If you need to take any medication during school hours, you should leave it with Mrs. Dolback, the school nurse, until you need it. In order for any student to take medication at school, a signed note from a parent must be presented to Mrs. Dolback. All medication brought to school should be left in the nurse's office and dispensed only by the school nurse. |
