SCHOOL SERVICES

The guidance counselor is responsible for helping each student with educational, vocational, personal, and social development. Conference with the counselor will be scheduled according to the availability of both the counselor and the student.

Some ways in which the guidance counselor may be able to assist you are:

1. Planning your schedule and school program.

2. Helping you make your course selections and plans for your future.

3. Listening to your problems and trying to help you.

4. Recommending ways to improve your study habits and other important student qualities.

Students, who are in Grades 7 -12 are required to sign the code of conduct for any extracurricular activity that they might participate in at the beginning of the school year .

Otherwise, they will need to appeal to the advisor and the administrator to join that activity at a later date. Playing interscholastic sports or participating in extracurricular activities of any sort is privilege not aright extended to you as a student at Crown Point Central School. We are proud to have you represent us. In return we expect you to be dedicated to your program and committed to the following rules and regulations.
