If you are injured anywhere on school property, please follow these procedures: 1. Report all accidents to the teacher, coach, or other adult in charge of your activity. 2. Complete an accident report in the nurse's office on the day the accident occurs. If the school nurse determines that medical attention is required, parents will be immediately notified and the correct injury procedures will be followed. |
